Terms of Use
Terms of Use
By working with Elio Studio or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Work
Each project begins with a clearly defined scope covering deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. This may be documented through proposals, emails, or shared project tools. If additional requirements arise outside the agreed scope, we’ll review them together and adjust timelines or pricing before moving forward.
2. Payment Terms
Projects typically require an upfront payment before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final deliverables are released once full payment is received. Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
3. Revisions
We include a limited number of revision rounds per project, aligned with the approved scope. Requests that significantly change direction or add new requirements may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
4. Timelines & Deadlines
Project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and assets from the client. Delays in communication may impact delivery dates. If a project is paused for an extended period, timelines may be rescheduled based on availability.
5. Ownership & Rights
Once final payment is completed, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client. Elio Studio retains the right to showcase work for portfolio, case studies, and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in advance.
6. Communication
We communicate primarily via email, Slack, or project management tools to keep everything clear and documented. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours. Urgent matters can be flagged separately.
7. Cancellations
Projects can be canceled at any stage. In such cases, clients are billed for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable. Restarting a paused project may require a new timeline or fee.
8. Liability
While we strive for high-quality, reliable work, Elio Studio is not liable for indirect damages, third-party issues, or losses resulting from the use of final deliverables. All work is provided in good faith and aligned with professional standards.
9. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during a project remains private. We will never disclose, reuse, or share client materials without written permission.
10. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
